the staff was extremely friendly, the room was bigger than the usual Paris standards, beautiful (we had the privilege bedroom, with the stars ceiling), the bathroom was big and nice, with a balcony, and a kettle with tea and coffee. Quiet area but really close from nice restaurants and the metro station.

It was in a super area with clean facilities. The room was cleaned and fresh towels were provided daily-even though we were only there for 2 nights. The breakfast was very comprehensive and bountiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. What more could you want? The room was small, but in my experience ALL rooms in Paris are small. Also contrary to previous comments we were asked to leave €100 deposit for the room -yes - but cash OR credit card…no problem.

It was beautiful, hotel was lovely and the value for money is fabulous. There was some renovations taking place during our stay, while it was slightly louder downstairs during the day, this wasn’t something that disturbed us at all due to being on the 5th floor.

The hotel was PERFECT, a great location to walk across the old quarter, very close to the train street and as usual in Hanoi you are only 50 meters away from SPAs, restaurants and bars. Staff were extremely good and attentive. breakfast was a perfect way to start the day

Very well located . Excellent for Ubers to main attractions.you could easily walk as well if so inclined . The main road it is situated on is really good for restaurants and local small supermarket and drugstore

Reception staff couldn't have been more helpful, they were all amazing. The breakfast was fine, location was really good, lots of really nice restaurants and bars in the area.

Room was larger and much quieter than I expected. Nice decor and comfortable bed. Small Juliet balcony and good sized wardrobe. Close to some good restaurants and brasseries

Hotel location is well connected with bus. local transport frequency is very good. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Many cafes and grocery stores are nearby.
